I appreciate all of my clients respecting the following policies & understand that these keep my business running with the upmost efficiency.
Absolutely all clients must have a VALID card on file. if your card is unable to be charged you will be unable to book unless balance is paid in full. The card on file will not be charged without warning. Your card on file is not the deposit.
If this is your first appointment at Lash Baby & you have work from another artist you must book a New Client Fill. All New Client Fills are $115 and 90 minutes in duration. New clients must send the $30 deposit via Venmo @lashbabybeauty. I reserve the right to require a removal and full set.
Payment is collected at time of appointment via Venmo @lashbabybeauty or cash only. No exceptions
All appointment cancelations & rescheduling must go directly thru me. please reach out via text or DM & allow for 72 hrs notice for rescheduling / canceling to avoid being charged.
Same day/24 hour cancelations & no shows will be charged 100% of the service price. If you no show an appointment, you will not be able to book me again. absolutely no exceptions.
Clients must confirm all appointments via Vagro confirmation emails & texts. if you do not confirm your appointment it will be canceled & charged as stated. I am not responsible for client profiles having incorrect contact information.
There is a 15 minute grace period due to lateness. Anything more than 15 min must be rescheduled & charged 50% of the service price absolutely no exceptions.
DEPOSITS MUST BE SENT within 1hr of booking your appointment is automatically cancelled. I do not hold spots. DEPOSITS ARE NON TRANSFERABLE. if you cancel or reschedule your deposit is kept & a new one must be sent. Deposits must be sent through Venmo only @lashbabybeauty
